Please read these terms carefully before using the tkapp platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tkapp ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the Platform ("you", "user"). By using tkapp's website, app, or any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the tkapp platform.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account and enjoy services on tkapp, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
- Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential.
- The account must be for your own personal use only — using it on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use it is prohibited.
tkapp may request documents for identity verification at any time. tkapp reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to financial transactions on the tkapp platform:
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawal time: Approved requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, tkapp reserves the right to investigate the account and suspend it if necessary.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
tkapp offers its users various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific conditions that are detailed on the respective promotion page.
Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳14,000 earns a ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
Wagering requirement: You must wager 20 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- Misusing bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account termination.
- tkapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
5. Gaming Rules
The tkapp platform offers various gaming services including slots, live casino, and cricket betting. The specific rules for each game are listed on that game's page.
General gaming policies:
- In the event of any technical error or bet cancellation, tkapp's decision is final.
- If your internet connection is interrupted, the outcome of the ongoing round will be determined according to the server's records.
- tkapp is not obligated to pay winnings that were incorrectly displayed due to a software error.
- Using automated bots or unauthorized software to play games is strictly prohibited.
- Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkapp platform and may result in permanent account closure:
- Creating or managing multiple accounts.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Misusing the bonus system or strategically circumventing its conditions.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Hacking, cracking, or attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Opening an account with false information or committing identity fraud.
If any such violation is detected, tkapp reserves the right to cancel any winnings, seize the balance, and permanently close the account.
7. VIP Program
tkapp's VIP program has four tiers, where regular players can enjoy exclusive benefits:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
A member can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. tkapp reserves the right to modify the benefits and conditions of VIP tiers.
8. Responsible Gaming
tkapp places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems.

11. Limitation of Liability
tkapp's liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from use of the platform is limited. This applies in particular to:

- Not receiving an expected return from a particular game or bet.
- A gaming session being interrupted due to a technical error.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, tkapp's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the deposit amount for the affected period.
